Beddgelert – historic town in the Snowdonia Mountains, Wales, where Caris Dillwyn grew up.
Catemaco – a charming city in Mexico, renowned as a center of magic and witchcraft. Lissy’s mother was born there.
Nine Realms – the kingdoms that make up the faery world that exists far below the Black Mountains of Wales.
Palouse Falls – a waterfall in a state park in eastern Washington State.
Spokane Valley – a city in eastern Washington State
Steptoe Butte – an unusual geographic feature in eastern Washington State. Not to be confused with a small town named after it.
Tir Hardd – a territory secured by King Arthfael during his lifetime. Located far beneath the human world between the Cascade Mountains and the Blue Mountains of eastern Washington State. It lay undeveloped until Queen Gwenidw saw the need for new lands for her numerous peoples. It is now newly settled, with more colonists arriving all the time from the Nine Realms of Wales.
Wales – a country in southwest Great Britain. Part of the UK. Known as Cymru by the Welsh, it has a rich history of faery folklore.
Walla Walla – a city in eastern Washington State
